Hi All
I am building a 7.6 solution and have most things working as expected. We are however having problems with PXE. I have created a package server and installed the network boot services. It has downloaded my PXE environment from the SMP server.
I have set it up so it only predefined computers will receive an image but when I try to boot a predefined PC I get a TFTP error - File not found.
The TFP log shows the connection was made as it has a process connection entry for the time of the boot with the following error
Failure code 2, client [IP Address here, 2070], file 'C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\Deployment\SBS\Images\boot\pxeboot.n12', options [flag=1 blk=1456 tm=5 sz=0]
All the local config files show the entries as configured on the NBS settings but the pxeboot.n12 file is not where it is expecting it. I am new to PXE but I am assuming this is the option menu file I should be seeing in the PXE boot. Is this correct?
There seems to be no option to create this menu so, again, assuming this is auto generated, is this correct? If so what am I missing?
Any help apprreciated
