The Power control Reboot to production environment command times out while being in WInPE

Hi,
 

We are having problems with the "Reboot to Production" timeout and in the release guide for Symantec IT Management Suite 7.6 HF7 it´s under the "Known Issues" with no resolution ????

We are having the problem in deployment jobs and also in Capture jobs.

Does anyone have a solution to this "known Issue" ?

Sick and tired of "known errors" from Symantec ....;o))
