DS 7.5 HF4 deploy image task fails

I need a solution

We are new to DS and are having a few issues with it.  It appears that when our deploy image task runs it fails.  Ghost opens and the image is applied to the computer but then it is supposed to reboot but never does.  I initially thought this was a problem with the reboot to production task but after looking in the console I found this error message associated with the deploy image task:

ErrorMessage: Exception has occured in File SMPPackage.cpp at Line No 610. Type of exception is GeneralError.
Error is Default Message Exception in CSMPPackageException. Error Description is utilCSMPPackageGetFileFromHTTP.
Value of Windows error code = 183 and message is Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

I also get these errors on the client:

<event date='04/28/2014 09:30:00.8480000 -08:00' severity='1' hostName='minint-uoacadq' source='MsCryptoSslDataTransformerImpl' module='AeXNetComms.dll' process='PECTAgent.exe' pid='1696' thread='784' tickCount='2830653'>

</event>

If I turn off the fail job if any tasks fail option it appears to run the rest of the tasks fine.

We are in an SSL environment but not sure if that matters.

Any help is appreciated!
