Bootwiz - Dagent from WinPE4, computers are not appearing on DS console

Since i am not able to post in this locked thread, https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/dag... , i am posting a new one. 

I am having similar issues in my environment.  I followed the thread above trying to run the dism command however i do not have those directories.  But I am using bootwiz so maybe its a different location/command?  Please note the altiris files are on E drive....E:\Program Files (x86)\Altiris\eXpress\Deployment Server.  WinPE2 works fine.  Just trying to get WinPE4 to work.

This screen looks the same as the winpe2.

Then after 30 seconds i get this message that its connected. Notice there's no computer name or MAC address.  PC mac address cannot be found in Altiris DS.
