DS 7.5 pectagent.ini

Does anyone know why the PECTagent.exe do not read the portnumber value from pectagent.ini?

The PectAgent.log says apps\DeploymentClient\PECTAgent\ClientConfig.cpp:840 SMP Port No in ini file=

This causes the Pectagent.exe to default to 443, and that is not always a great thing.
