No package could be found for the selected Agent policy

Hi,
We have installed Altiris 7.1 version on windows server 2008 R2 and I just want to understand the Altiris 7.1 Environment.
When clicking on to configure Deployment site server component, It is throwing some error like "No package could be found for the selected Agent policy"

We tried to import the "Deployment solution plug ins xml file" after imported also still have same error.
Kindly find the attached file for your referance.

Could anyone provide me solution on this.
