'Reboot to Production' task fails with Return Code 1

I'm imaging a computer and, after its first boot, I'd like to reboot it before commencing software installs. Every time I try to reboot, though, it returns with a 1 code and fails. It reboots fine in the PE, but once it boots into Windows, it consistently fails. Are there any common issues that see this error?
