New Image is on site server, but ghost fails

Created a new image two days ago, same way have always done it, updated all of the package servers and was able to image without issue once I saw it on my local package server, next day remote sites start to report they cannot image, ghost is throwing an error saying it can't find the package. Check all of the site servers and all them have the package downloaded. So i recreate the whole thing, let all of the tasks updates run, come in today. Same issue, but now one other site can image along with mine, while all of the others fail when ghost kicks off. Have a case open and attached is logs, never seen an issue like that and makes no sense why even if with the images showing on the site servers ghost is failing
