8.1 RU5 - Scripted install of Win10 1709

I just upgraded to DS 8.1 RU5, and I'd like to perform a completely unattended scripted install of Windows 10 1709. Does someone have the steps to create the necessary unattend.xml?  The one I had been using with Windows 10 1607 doesn't work, as it stops to ask which version (Education, Education N, etc) I want to install.
