Unable to Import Windows ADK (Link does nothing)

I'm trying to import the Windows ADK for Windows 10 Preboot Enviroment.  I've installed the ADK but when I go to click the link that says "Click here to import Windows ADK (This process takes 10-15 minutes)" the link does nothing.  The little hand doesn't show up when you hover over the link like other clickable links.

Has anyone come across this and/or have a solution?
