Unable to create image

I need a solution

Have a image capture job with 3 stages;

Run 'Prepare for Image Capture'

Run 'Create Image'

Run 'Boot to'

The 'prepare for capture' part works fine, job is received by agent (installed on Win7 x32) and runs before rebooting.

When the machine restarts it can boot into pxe and the 'Symantec Automation' screen appears at which point the job appears to fail;

Checking the smp.log it appears to apply a host name and register with the task server.

The only error in the log I can see is;

<![CDATA[File:ExecuteCommand.cpp,Line:4397 ERROR: The Exception have occured in Client Imaging Task.
Exception has occured in function SMPPackage.cpp() at Line No 105. Type of exception is GeneralError. Error is Package Server is not found for package with Guid {c781c390-ec39-46d1-a367-a21d26f7e059}. It may be that package is just created and not ready yet or package have not synced on nearest packages server. Please try after sometime.. Error Description is "util::CSMPPackage::Initialiaze". Value of Windows error code = 6 and message is " The handle is invalid.
"
]]>
</event>

Looking for any suggestions as drawing a blank on resolving this
