Windows 10 - unattend answer file

I was wondering if someone could tell me where Altiris looks for the unattend xml file for Win10 Education 1703.

Is it C:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\NSCap\bin\Win32\X86\Deployment\unattend.xml?

Or is it C:\Windows\Panther?

I've google and added changing the unattend xml file for my scripted OS but I still get prompted to choose a region, keyboard, and secondary keyboard settings. Still no luck.
