Predifined Computers boot to PXE but does not launch Job

In the past, our company has done the predefined computer thing for new laptops out of the box. After predefining the computer we would schedule an imaging job and start the laptop. It would boot into PXE, pick up the scheduled imaging job, and then reboot itself and start the image.

Now, when turning on the laptop it boots to PXE and presents 3 options for boot (which it has never done before, it would just boot to WinPE_PXE). After selecting what we believe is the correct option, it will boot but now just sits there. It's as if it is not picking up the scheduled imaging job like it has done in the past. I'm unsure what could have changed. Anyone have a suggestion on where to start please? Using Altiris 7.1.
